Beautiful handmade smudge bundles, using various plants, herbs, sage and flowers which I make myself, either grown myself or hand picked
Smudge bundles are used for spiritual, energetic and aromatic purposes.
Traditionally used ceremonies to cleanse negative energy and bless people or spaces and provide protection
They also promote relaxation, and enhance meditation, improve mood and focus.
Before your start, think about what you want to cleanse and how you visualize the positive outcome.
HOW TO USE :
- Understand that smudging is not a trend, but a spiritual ritual with deep cultural meaning
- Set your intentions
- Light one end of the bundle, then gently blow out the flame, allowing the smoke to waft, you can use a large feather to help direct the smoke.
- Make sure your space is well ventilated, windows and doors are open.
- You can place a small fireproof bowl or shell under to catch embers.
- Always full extinguish your bundle after use, by pressing in to sand or soil
- Give thanks to the beautiful process, and bundle used.
