An energy attunement is an initiation to a high vibrational frequency of energy. It is passed from someone who has already been attuned to that energy frequency. When you accept an energy attunement, you open to a higher vibrational frequency that brings healing and alignment with the highest aspects of yourself.

How an Energy Attunement Works

Orbs of light are programmed with the frequency of the energy you are to be attuned to the day before your scheduled attunement. How do Purification Rings work?

Purification Rings can be received by anyone with no prerequisites, however it is strongly suggested that you receive the AngelLink attunements before becoming attuned to these rings so that you are energetically prepared for the seraphic energies.

Purification – Level 1

An etheric shepherds crook (hook) is instilled into your heart chakra space via an etheric blue flame, resulting in a feeling that urges you to express yourself more truly and your experiences of living will become more joyous and loving. The divine energies of Seraphim Y group (type of angels) participate during this attunement.

Purification Ring – Level 2

The Purification Ring – Level 2 attunement focuses on pure, clear communications and the interpretation of information you received through your five senses by placing a crystal skull into the crown chakra. Profound impacts may be found in your mental and emotional parts and ultimately your physical body as well by removing those negative parts that no longer serve us. T

The divine energies of Seraphim C group assist us in this attunement. A star energy assists in this attunement called Arinae, and is from a neighbouring galaxy allowing us to receive information in its purest form.

The Purification Ring – Level 3 attunement focuses on releasing the “hidden agendas ”and “stuff to work out” by removing the cloak present in your energy field, created through fear when entering humanity.

The process of becoming a Lightarian is ongoing. Beings from other galaxies, dimensions, and energetic makeups have reached out to support and aid us in our human/global transformation. Aspects of two Seraphim groups, Seraphim C and Seraphim K, along with the Master ET energies of the Arcturians, Sirians, and Pleiadians, and other dimensional beings have come forward to offer humanity ways to unlock the new dimensional realities, enhance the connection of the physical body with the Lightarian Gem Grid, and improve their relationships with those on the Earth plane. Together, they have inspired unique gateway modalities which focus on the recoding and utilizaton of cellular coding within the physical body. We begin with the Crystalline Gateway, used as a platform to five other levels which will connect us to the gem grid and provide us with access to other dimensional realities.

The Lightarian Gateway modalities are the following six:

Level 1 – Crystalline Gateway,

These six forms of energy work have been inspired and channeled from those beings mentioned above as well as Star Arinae, other Master ET energies, and other energies from different realms. All of these forms of energy work attune recipients with the energies of the mentioned Masters, and they create direct, personal energetic connections between them and the recipient of the particular Gateway.

Summary of the Gateway Levels:

Level 1 – Crystalline Gateway: awakening to a greater sense of who you are and Awakening to a greater sense of your purpose here at this time. As simple as is it may appear, the development of awareness, clarity, and understanding about these two fundamental aspects of life are at the heart of the spiritual awakening process, and they are enhanced and accelerated as you receive the Crystalline Gateway.

Level 2 – Ruby Gateway: inspired by the Acturians. It focuses on infusing the physical body with the ability to draw forth, transform, and materialize what is on the Earth plane by enhancing your brain development and its connection with the Unified Heart Chakra. The Acturians will expand the abilities of the Crystal Skull by focusing on the somatosensory cortex of the brain, which processes sensory input from various systems in the body that are sensitive to touch. As your brain syncs up with the body, you will be able to develop your abilities to rely less on interpreting the physical, sensory input and more on energetic wavelengths and differing vibrations within the body and in the Earth plane.

Level 3 – Blue Apatite Gateway: inspired by the Sirians. It focuses on fine-tuning your personal vibration and infusing the physical body with the ability to collaborate and connect to the whole. The Sirians have stepped forward to build upon the work from Seraphim K by providing information and assistance with the harmonization and connectivity of the cells in the body. From Seraphim K in Purification Rings Level Six, you received golden notes within your throat chakra to aid with your harmonization with the Earth plane. The Blue Apatite Gateway attunement will strengthen, expand, and build upon this gift. Similar to a magnetic force, we will work with the concepts of the alignment of events, the alignment of individuals coming together, and the alignment of ideas. Our intention is to aid with elevating group endeavors.

Level 4 – White Sapphire Gateway: the Plaedians have stepped forward to provide us with energetic support as we work with the white sapphire. The density of the white sapphire is particularly important, as it works well with the Crystal Skull and the crown chakra. It will connect with the gems you received in the levels 1-3 of the Gateway program. The sequence of energy will run from the white sapphire to the Crystal Skull to the diamond to the blue apatite to the rubies, allowing for knowledge downloads. These downloads will include information for our cells on how to act, allowing us to work with the multidimensions. Dimensional knowledge is outlined in this level.

Level 5 – Citrine Quartz Gateway: attunement inspired by the energies of angelic beings from the 7th and 8th dimensions. Although they have no actual name, we have been given permission to call them the group Aurora. They will focus on fine-tuning your personal vibration and infusing the physical body with the ability to differentiate and move among the dimensional realities.

Indian head massage (or "Champi" in Hindi) is a practice that originated over a thousand years ago in India, where it stemmed from a tradition of family grooming. Indian mothers used to massage their daughters' hair with different oils to encourage long, lustrous locks.

Narendra Metha, a blind man who grew up in an Indian community where Champi was an important part of life, was the first person to develop and formalise Indian head massage into an actual therapy.

Today, one of the most popular forms of head massage is Champissage – a trademarked sequence of massage movements.

Metha arrived in England in the 1970s where he trained as a physiotherapist. In 1978 he returned to India where he studied the benefits and practice of Champi. Metha soon included the neck, shoulders and face in the massage and employed modern knowledge of shiatsu and acupressure to relax tense areas, rebalance the energy and clear any areas of concentrated negativity.

Massage session: what to expect
The therapist will strive to restore balance and harmony by working on the three higher chakras. In Sanskrit these areas are called Vissuddha (the base of the throat), Ajna (the forehead) and Sahasrara (the crown).

A chakra ("wheel" or "disk") is a centre of vital energy in the form of a lotus flower. The head of the "flower" is found at the front of the body and the stem is thought to go through the central spinal column.

There are seven chakras situated throughout the body, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine and ending with the crown chakra – just above the head. When the therapist balances the top three chakras, the rest will vibrate in balance and the belief is that perfect health and well-being will result.

A professional Indian head massage should in fact feel almost like a reflexology massage, which is performed on the feet, but is felt throughout the entire body. This is because there are several important acupressure points on the head.

What is Crystal Healing?

Crystals have been used by medicine people and shamen around the world for thousands of years to help all sorts of conditions of the Mind, Body and Spirit. Their recorded use dates back over 5,000 years in Chinese texts on Traditional Medicine, Ayuvedic texts from India and the Bible, which has over 200 references to crystals and their powers and associations. They have been found around the world in prehistoric graves of different cultures from the Olmec civilization in Central America to the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt. Theophrastus’ (372 – 287 BC) Peri Lithon (On Stones), is the basis of today’s modern scientific classification of gemstones. He presented a taxonomy on known gems, describing their origin, physical properties and magical and healing powers. The magical and healing powers somehow being ignored by the scientific community today!

Crystals have their own unique energies which balance our own. They work on our vital energy system comprised of meridians, chakras and aura. It is through these energy pathways, centres and fields thatcrystal healing acts.

Crystal Healing promotes change. It is working with crystals to improve your physical and mental health, your emotional wellbeing and your spiritual advancement. Crystals speed things up. They will not do something that you (or your body) cannot do. For example citrine works well for stomach upsets. It does not “cure” the “illness”. It speeds the symptoms. Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by parjna or wisdom in order to have the right effect.

Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well.

Karuna Reiki® opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.

DISTANT REIKI HEALING

The telephone, cable TV and internet all use energy frequencies we can’t see in order to function. The electricity in our homes does the same, as does a radio. All of these have to be tuned to the particular frequency they operate at in order to work. They all have ways to adjust the flow of energy built in so that we can turn them on, off or use them in a different way. And all of them were thought too unbelievable to be true when people first heard of them.

Distant Reiki works the same way. It is energy that must be “tuned” to the person it is being sent to. Once it is “tuned in” it will flow through the energy currents that exist naturally, just the same way that a phone signal or wifi signal does. Distance is no object for it, just as it is no object for the internet or phone communications. The energy that surrounds us carries all of these energies to the intended receiver. With Reiki, the practitioner is the conduit of the energy.

It can be a difficult concept to understand that our thoughts, intentions and emotions are energy. Yet most people can feel that their emotions create an energy sensation in the body. They may also understand that the nerve endings and spinal cord help to carry these energies throughout the body. If you go one step further, you can see the relationship between our thoughts and our emotions. It’s not much of a leap from there to see that our thoughts and emotions have an effect on our perceptions and the people around us. These things truly change our environment! It is all energy.

After doing some serious energetic work as a result of the Lightarian Clearings and Lightarian Reiki, Peggy Zeramby felt Ascended Master Buddha tap her on the shoulder and tell her that the eight bands of the Buddhic energies needs to be available to all those on a spiritual path. In 1998 Ascended Master Buddha came forth and guided Peggy to facilitate the Ascension Bands for a select few. This guideship happened several times with select individuals over the last fourteen years. Ascended Master Buddha always channeled forth that the Ascension Bands would be presented as an official Lightarian program at some future time. In 2012 Peggy was told “now is the time”. This inspired work was subsequently refined and clarified, and it has now been brought forth to stimulate spiritual growth and healing on all levels. The Levels of the Ascension Bands™:

Reiki Healing Therapy

Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a Japanese word that directly translates to Universal Energy.

The word is used to describe any form of energy healing. One of the most important branches of Reiki is Usui Reiki Ryohô or Usui Shiki Reiki Ryohô — Usui’s method of aura/energy healing.

Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.

The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel/channel that supplies healing energies where it is most needed.

The Reiki energy flows out of the practitioner’s body through the palms of the hands while they are touching the recipient’s body.
